VIP Packages in Peterborough or Oshawa

Does anyone know if VIP Packages will be offered for Peterborough or Oshawa ON. My spouse & I both LOVE Paul, his music & the fact that he is a proud Canadian. A VIP Package would be an awesome Christmas Surprise
